Amongst the higher PLs including me, the siegebreaker is "better" than the tiger not because of the DPS but because of how you use the tiger which is often outclassed by other guns.

Most ppl play tiger on DMG/Mag/HSDMG/HSDMG/Phy because of its high HSDMG which will just melt blasters.

I personally havent crafted my tiger in ages because there are better guns, guns with a more potential & usage.

PL doesnt matter. Is partly true because it matter where your PL is coming from. You can be PL70 with 0 points in offense & tech, your damage would be utterly shit but your PL is "high"

Only the points/XP you invest into offense & tech matter for your damage & for weapon dmg only the offense stats matter.
