I'll denote that I've never hit a detainee or intentionally harmed anyone I've spoken to when I was a brand of law enforcement. This might not be what you're looking for.

While questioning people, or giving them advice on how to behave during a stressful situation, it was common to see men become extremely aroused. I've had guys turn into filthy aggressive flirts when I've had to draw on them. Tubbing against me, challenging me, licking my face, fighting back harder, attempts at seduction, you name it. I've had no less than seven men ask me to keep threatening them, one of these with sexual purring and moans.
Often this type wants us to go further, far beyond the force required, for their kink reasons. Usually once we get them into a transport, they start asking for it. Most of these were in front of male partners.
It earned me a few nicknames.

None of these were arousing situations to me. My job is totally removed from anything I do in my off time between consenting adults under contract. So yes, they're out there.
