Do you think these rules are extreme? Room to Rent, recently spotted in my local property advertiser.

Definitely not worth it. The only saving grace Bournemouth has is our beaches. However, the summer months when you actually want to use the beach it’s so packed with tourists that you can not usually find a spot. Then they remained of the year it’s horrible. It’s a town that’s solely become focused on universities and housing students for ridiculous prices that it pushes people that have lived here our wholes live away and it’s justified because it’s right next to sandbanks which is a very rich area of the UK. The town gets worse every year.

I have found cheaper rent 15 miles from North London(10 minutes train ride into Tottenham) than for what I have in Bournemouth and cost of living in both is pretty much the same now anyway. If anyone is looking to move to Bournemouth, do yourself a favour and look somewhere else where you get more for your money.
