Thin people of reddit, what did you eat today?

I'm not skinny but I'm not noticeably fat either (losing weight right now... not on a diet, it's just happening). My typical day I may eat some noodles... and then I may eat more noodles. Tonight I was treated to a curry and some naan bread and rice. That's a high amount of food for me! I sometimes cook with minced beef. I made bolognaise recently with spaghetti and garlic bread. That was a bulky meal. On lazy nights it's frozen pizza or frozen fries with vegetable burgers.

I typically eat twice a day - not long after I wake up and not long before I go to bed. I do have a weird problem with hoarding food though, I always need shitloads of noodles in supply. I also keep shitloads of crisps in supply and then never eat them, so I eventually give them to my boyfriend and just end up buying more to hoard. I never snack. I just like having food around me more than actually eating it. I've been like this ever since I was a child, despite never being deprived of food.

I think I have a weird relationship with food right now. I never go hungry but I also think I'm undereating sometimes. I just eat when my body and my brain push me to do so, but I wonder if I have a habit of ignoring some of my body's hunger signals sometimes. When I was younger I over-ate and was significantly overweight. Now it seems it may be going the other way.

I dunno if this was the right answer for the right question but I think if you aren't in a habit of snacking or over-eating it's actually quite easy to neglect eating enough and that may lead to weight loss or being too thin (though right now I don't have to worry about that, I'm still a solid 20kg overweight).
