things other employees do that pisses you off?

Explains how they've sold themselves.

I wish so much every day I could stop giving a damn about doing things properly or morally and just do what was personally expedient like so many other people do.

My coworkers are lazy as fuck. They're still employed, and they make as much as I do. They text all the time as well. I refuse to so much as bring my phone on the floor. They don't care, but the reward is the same.

Or sales. That old granny who doesn't need jack shit? Why not sell the fuck out of her. It's not coming back to me. I can't do it though.

I'd take so much less flak and my life would be so much easier if I could just relax my standards. I still wonder how people manage to do it.

My managers will suggest the stupidest shit ever, like recommending warranty when it's out of country "they could ship it!". Or screwing people. My manager the other day tried to fight a heavily disabled person on returning a unit that didn't work for them. Didn't bat an eye spewing that shit either.
