happened on Monday. My Copy lead came to me visibly upset and steamed and almost in tears. She said she had a CPC customer come to the store and insist that we send something out through Purolator to a PO box out in the country. When she told the customer that it was not something that we can do [literally, we can't proceed past the menu if they want this/] the customer told her that she did it all the time here and that she [my copy lead] "was a fucking idiot" and, and asked to see the manager. I went to the customer and apologized that my copy lead was rude to her and told her that while we couldn't do it, she could try the actual purolator store and I gave her a 50$ gift card for her troubles.

jk. I asked her if she called my CP lead a "fucking idiot"? She said she did, and I told her "get the hell out of my store and and if you ever come back we'll cite you fro trespassing" the customer was shocked and said "you can't talk to me that way" and i responded, loud enough for my staff to hear "and you can't talk to (her name) here, now leave." and the chick left
