Got a horrible survey + accused of racism by a customer because I corrected them on how to pronounce "iPhone X".

This is probably the dumbest thing (Probably not by a long shit ....) Ive had happen to be within this subject.

I rung up a black woman and she bought 1 ink cartridge (A black Canon cartridge) and for most people they dont want a bag for something that small and stupid. I then handed it to her with the receipt and she got all pissed that I didnt get Her a bad.....I understand you wanted a bad (after the fact) but I asked her and she was glued to her phone. So I took that as a no and handed the stuff to her. She tried to pull the race card out and say I was discriminating and being racist against her for not getting her a bad. She was also getting all pissy because her card kept getting pushed out the card machine. Even after I told her to take it out and when the lights start flashing you can put your card in and hold the card. She didnt understand and kept letting go of it.

She was getting upset at ME because of the card thing not working right and not letting me do what I had to do to get it working and even after I told her how to use/work it. Then after I didnt hand her a bag she tired to use a race card.......

I also had another woman that it happened with (The same damn day) and she bought a children's handwriting book thing. I didnt give her a bag because I assumed/though her little kid was gonna hold it and carry it to the car. She got upset about not getting a bad. She then came back (To get something else) and I told her I was sorry and she (I don't know if this was an attempt to use the race card or what) but I told her I was sorry and I didnt hand her a bag because of the reason I stated above. She said it was ok and said I thought it was a race thing. I then told her Nope. Never was. I was raised to treat everyone equally. No matter race, religion and so on. We then talked for a little min and everything was cleared up.
