Throwback to last Christmas when we could port-a-rift from Tilted Towers to hijack a plane then fight in the skies before we parachute back down to battle

"The game is RNG, it's always going to be balanced and fair so long as it remains RNG." I don't agree with this and there weren't 100 Mechs or 100 planes so it doesn't apply anyways? To me, balanced items need viable counterplays. Mechs had none. Planes at the start (especially on PC) had none. It was Plane/Mech haver beats regular player every time. Balance is also relative to the other items in the game. For example, the Combat shotgun was not balanced because it was better than the pump and the tac in every situation. Balance is not simply adding anything into the game no matter what as long as everyone has one.

"Do you have fun spamming them from the endless supply of rockets and rocket ammo thanks to the boring, small loot pool?

Do you have fun with the grenade spam?"

No.. not sure where you were going with this. I don't want to revert to S1. I am fine with the game right now and don't feel it is boring outside of the bots being in the game (not complaining, I see their use, just not in my own games).

"Stop making this about me, it's the majority of the playerbase that share this opinion, as evidenced by the dwindling player count." And the majority of both r/fortnitecompetitive and r/fortnitebr complains, except every time I come to this sub its complaining about complainers as well which makes no sense to me and comes off as the most condescending thing ever. There's apparently acceptable complaints, but I'm apparently not privy to what makes something an acceptable complaint and what makes me a bad player.

Also poetic justice? Lol. You want to know the games that last? Games that stay true to their core base and invest in their own esports (CS:GO, LoL, etc.). Every game has a casual majority of players like you in the beginning stages and they are fully aware that you won't touch fortnite once a new game comes out, so feel free to act like there's poetic justice when they are actually saving their game long term.
