But they lose those rights the moment they decide they should fuck kids. You fuck a kid, you go to jail and then are put on a list. Simple stuff.

But the fact is that means you are infringing on the publics right to feel safe in those circumstances. Your letting someone who fiddled kids be around kids in a life threatening situation. Human rights also means those kids and parents have the right to feel as safe as possible.

You can not have it both ways. You can't say those who fuck kids have the same rights as others. When those rights would infringe on the rights of the innocent.

Its a dark situation sure. But the fact remains these people made the conscious choice to molest kids. That means that in emergency situations there rights come second to those who have not done that and second to those of children. There is also the fact to consider shelters do fill up. So between giving a spot to a child molester or someone who is innocent and hasn't molested kids. The person who is innocent deserves that spot.
