15 minutes was enough for Alexandra, who had to call three times. 15 minutes is also a lot closer to response rates in North American cities. Why are commenters so okay with Alexandra crying out for help 3 times and cops waiting 19 hours? I gather from another comment that corruption is a huge problem with law enforcement there, so shouldn’t we want these kinds of 15 minute response times for women like Alexandra just like most people in North America would get? I wonder if anyone commenting here that she shouldn’t have relied on police and should be more self reliant in her protection would then give up the access they have to prompt police response then, since they know the secret is just being better prepared?
