They can say whatever they want... it doesn’t change the fact that the words they banned would have actually changed the mind of someone approving a budget. Those opposed to researching the inclusiveness of a transgendered person, would be opposed to it with, or without the use of that word.

No. The banned word was “Transgendered” which isn’t a word I used. They aren’t banned from describing the definition of these words, simply from using said exact words in a budget proposal.

Racial gaps? Hardly. They’re targeting specific groups of people, but racial? Unless you’re assuming that poverty only applies to specific races (which is in itself a little racist?), no.
