TIFU by telling my headtecher to go and fuck himself in front of the entire school.

Maybe not the best choice of words, but he sounds like a dick.

Be very careful where you choose to go for your sixth form.

I had a really horrible experience last year, partially because I "refused to do my work" (the other two reasons were that I occasionally mutter swear words under my breath when the computer is being uncooperative, and that there was an incident a month of two earlier that involved a support lady lying to the staff about how I'd behaved during lesson).

Anyways, they say I refused to do the work when I didn't. We were learning how to use this graphical editing software by working through booklets.

BRIEF BACKSTORY: At the start of the year, we were forced to answer a questionnaire that determines how we learn best (reading about it, watching someone else do it, or by doing it ourselves, etc.) and I got a big fat 0 for the reading. It was something they forced us to do as part of our course, so they have to acknowledge the results.

Basically I don't learn well by reading (unless I find the subject REALLY interesting), as a result I found the booklets completely unusable, so I started to mess with the software to try and figure it out on my own. Just as I was making some progress, the teacher asked me why I wasn't doing my work. I told him that I found it much easier to learn by experimenting rather than following the booklet.

He didn't even attempt to argue or tell me that I was doing something wrong, he just walked out the room and, five minutes later, came back with the support lady who took me to her office and threatened to expel me as a result.

She said several things to me that she frankly should've been fired for like: Telling me how much money it costs to support me each year (probably less than 1% of her annual salary) and how expelling me would save them money.

Basically I fucking hated that place and I don't want anyone else to have experiences like it, so be careful.
