No I wouldn't say so, I'm not a big fan of souls games myself I just find it too difficult for my gaming skills I'll be honest haha. GoT is very story driven but it's easy to get lost into side quests that you come across on your travels, they don't feel like side quest either which is a big bonus in my book, a lot of side quests in other game feel dry and empty where as everything on GoT feels fluid and you can connect with the characters, ps5 graphics are absolutely beautiful especially If your on a 4k tv. The combat can take a hour or two to get your head around all the controls but the tutorial is great and explains in detail if you have time I'd watch a YouTube review on it with a bit of gameplay and see if it's for you that's what I normally do, but I wasn't expecting it to be as immersing as it was before I bought it and I would honestly give it a 10/10 due to the well driven storyline and the fact I haven't found 1 single glitch in the game, and I'm on my second play through with it.
