Tony Blair should be prosecuted for Iraq War, high court hears

Only African leaders

You weren't kidding. If you look at the list of people actually indicted by the ICC, it's pretty damning. I'd be hard pressed to name one person who isn't African. Whether that's intentional or accidental might be a separate debate, but it does raise some serious concerns.

and your occasional Balkan

It seems it's another body was setup to handle the Balkans, the ICT, the ad hoc International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia. It features Europeans being prosecuted. Why? Wasn't the ICC good enough, couldn't it handle it? Wouldn't this sort of duplication be unnecessary and costly? Well among other reasons, it was done at the behest of the security council, not the general assembly. This raises more concerns, not the least of which being underhanded political and economic motivations. The most notably figure Slobodan Milošević died during the contentious trial.
