Probably just overthinking.

By 'I don't really have any friends.' do you mean you literally have zero friends or that you have a handful of close friends?

The same for not having any past relationships- have you literally never been in or have been able to pursue a relationship or have you just turned down or not pursued potential relationships?

Personally, none of that would bother me as I'm pretty much the same way.

I have a couple of very close friends that I see periodically through out the year as we're scattered up and down the East coast. Day to day, I'm completely comfortable doing whatever I want sans local 'friends'.

Relationship wise, I've had plenty of opportunities to have been in serious relationships but I've never pursued anything beyond something casual because I knew that they weren't 'the one'.

If you're comfortable/ happy with the above, then it doesn't matter. Anyone you meet in the future shouldn't care either. If you're happy and well-adjusted, then that'll shine through.
