Fixed my issue. For future reference here is my solution

Go to start and type "Device manager" hit enter.

When device manager pops up Look for an entry with a caution symbol that says EzTouchFilter (I think it's under "Human Interface Devices" but cannot remember) right click it and update it.

When the window pops up select "Browse my computer for driver software. Then select towards the bottom "Let me pick from a list of available drivers on my computer".

When that window pops up select the one without eztouchfilter in it and click next.

​

That should fix the issue! Did for me.
