No, it wasn't. That sector of the trail didn't get done until after 2004, and those condos were built 2002 to 2005.

The trail was there before. The last house at the end wasn't built until 2004-2005. the trail is public, and so is that entrance.

No, it isn't a public trail. It was build by the property owners to connect the condos to the Walter Bean.

the sidewalks and roads were built by the property owners, but according to google maps and this map of the lot the trail is on public land.

And as I showed you on the property lines maps, it's on private property.

and as I showed you on this map, the roads and sidewalks are on private property but the trail, again, is public.
