Trump ‘kept kissing me’ in Trump Tower, woman says: ‘I was devastated’

I already made my point and a bunch of people got bent out of shape over it, including you.

There are not a fuck of a lot of universal truths in Firefly or game of Thrones or whatever other nerd culture or 90s kids nostalgic shit that reddit is continually referencing and dragging into every discussion on here. People constantly grade inflate their special favortite show and media and reverse engineer some kind of meaning they don't have on to them.

The actual meaning of the word pretentious "attempting to impress by affecting greater importance, talent, culture, etc., than is actually possessed." is exactly what bugs me on here. This is what people do with their pop culture preferences all the time here and then say shit like all taste is subjective or crap like that.

There isn't any there there when you are talking about light entertainment pop culture. Just because a few of the popular series fantasy books or science fiction memes are well known and guaranteed upvotes on this site doesn't mean anything other than people are reacting to something they recognize.

I think you sound like an idiot when discussing the adult world and politics and your only frame of reference is Harry Potter or Hitchhiker's Guide.

This apparently makes me Hitler.
