Skill isn't just aim and control recoil, but reflexes, position, situational awarness, movement, tactical knowledge etc.

TTK now reward good recoil control more and that it. But at same moment it lowers all other aspects.

You can no longer flank and kill 2 enemies from back because 2nd guy gonna almost always hear you shooting. So strategy and tactics are almost not imporant anymore. You can't switch to 2nd target fast enough and reflex now mean almost nothing. Awarness is not needed that much anymore becuase you won't die fast and can alway escape. This just like in BF1 promote zerging and grouping on huge piles and nade spam.

Your movement and position don't matter that much anymore and you can run over open ground and pick 6-7 bullets.
