I think there should be estimate of 4 factions which their own purpose and their own colors and would have a level system which would give them gear for their character and these would only be unlocked by completing missions for the faction or should have weekly challenges that reset every week or should have daily challenges. There should be a 4 season system and every time a person in that faction earns points it add up and the winner of the 'faction wars' the top 100-500 people should get the choice of a skin from that season while the 500-2,000 get a gear of their choosing and the people below 2,000 people that get a 'wheel of gear' where a player spins it and get a random gear but only has to top 3 rarity items ex. Common, rare, legendary, and special so only the rare, legendary and special will be in the wheel and not the common. At the end of the year which ever faction has the most points get to give an idea of a specialized gear that would look the coolest and the cycle begins again. (Also make it a system where once you enroll to a faction for that specific season you cannot change it until next season)
