He was CURRENTLY ranked #14, and was 6 in his last 9. His only win on his streak was against an UNRANKED welterweight. Hendo is fucking great, but he's well over the hill and wasn't in a position for a title shot. Get your fanboy bias out of here.

Dude calm down. I never said that. Hell, I never brought those up either. They aren't even relevant to the conversation, especially considering one of those was out of the range of his title shot. But, whatever, I'll bite. He did beat Silva. 48-47 is how I had it. He also knocked out Rockhold in a round, exploiting some of Rockholds... weaker tendencies. Not a fluke (even if a person would take Rockhold in a rematch, that isn't a fluke). Please don't stuff words in my mouth. You're a bit emotional about Michael.
