This was outside of the IWA Deep South Carnage Cup in Alabama. The Carnage Cup is a deathmatch pro wrestling tournament run by a card-carrying racist and Nazi sympathizer named Kevin Brannen. The tournament was fairly popular for several years due to its unprecedented levels of violence but began to lose its drawing power as more became known of both Brannen personally, many of the "wrestlers" he featured and how he ran the shows.

Now, his company and this tournament are looked down upon by virtually everyone in both the overall pro wrestling community and the very tight-knit deathmatch wrestling community. The shows never drew big crowds but it's become clear that he promotes the event solely for his own enjoyment. He comes up with all of the insanely violent match stipulations and creates many of the weapons and then stands feet from the ring and watches it all unfold. It's hard to put a price tag on but I'd say that a fair estimate would be somewhere in the neighborhood of $5000 to put on the show. That's a lot of money to get off on watching people legitimately maim one another. If he isn't already, he should be on some kind of watchlist.
