Unemployed and suicidal

I graduated in 2008 with an accounting degree and luckily I had a full time job as an Accounts Payable accountant at a startup that paid me $45k. I applied for another job as a jr accountant and was offered the job for more money but I decided to move down south … right when the recession hit. I spent 13 years taking “entry” level jobs that I hoped would be scalable… from making $45k to $9.00 an hour to declaring bankruptcy… I moved around, started a family, faced eviction but decided to take my MBA and eventually found a job where through hard work and grit I am making $125k+ right now. I feel you… I was there too thinking I would never make it out, thinking what was the point but you have to find something to fight for and know that eventually you will catch a break… it may not be today or tomorrow but someone will take notice of your bright work… I wish you the best and find someone to talk to or a hobby that you can release all this energy into… for me my kids saved me knowing I needed to hustle to provide a future for them
