Here is the thing, these people aren’t exactly innocent. While some have not been charged yet they have still been accused.

Most cops don’t get a joy over showing authority, they do enjoy being represented better and making a difference. There are nice cops, average cops, not so nice cops (mostly the ones who exclusively focus on traffic enforcement, doing that 10+ hours a day) and a very very tiny amount of cops who admittedly should not be in the police force.

However those cops rarely get far, “Officer401” from YouTube talked about a guy who became a cop just to work with the gangs. Obviously he was not promoted much to prevent anything.

TLDR most of the average cops love doing stuff for communities and don’t get a kick out of using their power. Easily %97 of cops listed above just are average, nice, or not so nice. And yes there are corrupt police. They are often removed as their true personality shows.
