UPDATED VERSION: Stopping Nocturnal Emmisions and Wet Dreams for good. (A Full explanation as to why they happen and also how to fully prevent them)

Mate i’ll be honest with you i only learned about the psoas muscle last week and i think its the final piece to the puzzle. It clicked everything together. Please follow not only the psoas/APT information but also the other stuff such as optimal diet, exercise habits etc. this will bring you a long way and must be done alongside this to achieve the greatest progress. I also only learned the seated kidney stretch this week during my research but found it targets my psoas x100 better then the standing version and that i dont get the hamstring stretch along with it which would worsen your APT. Soaring Eagle mentioned the bladder meridian lines stretch as the most important in conquering NE but it has to be done CORRECTLY.

It took me a long time to write this post and as I was completing the different sections I realized I had completely neglected some of the stuff I had once learned due to forgetting! A big one was i was binging on carbs recently completely forgetting their the worst culprit (read post for more). This is one of the reasons I have put everything together on one single post so i will always have it and hopefully never forget it.

I have started following everything on this post 5 days ago and have yet to have a NE.

(Note: I will keep you updated on this. I keeping note of my NE frequency on my calender and will try to keep track of my progress at the bottom of this comment using these methods. I will be completely honest in my statements. I have been having NE on average once a week recently. It has been a bad time but this without doubt i feel is due to forgetting many things that ate in this post. I am delighted it is all together now in one place. I think it was worth the effort)

UPDATED 3rd OCTOBER (NUMBER OF DAYS WITHOUT A NE/WD SINCE ABIDING BY THE ABOVE RULES):
