USPS employees, what madness is happening at your place of employment currently?

We've had over 2 million all cause mortality deaths in the US since January. Heart attack deaths plummeted during covid, as did influenza and pneumonia deaths. A large portion of covid's "death toll" cannibalized deaths from other causes that, by statistical average, would have happened anyway. Excess mortality is in keeping with an unusually bad influenza season. And, remember, everyone who dies with covid is recorded as dying of covid, even if they die in a car crash or from being shot in the face.

Imperial College predicted millions of dead Americans by this point. The forecasting was off by a factor of 20.

Must be sad to live in a world where you see Russian agents behind every pixel.
