Vegan, existential depression.

Me too.

I wouldn’t be able to be in a relationship with someone who eats meat. I feel for you. I also went vegan after years in a relationship. It made me so upset whenever they ate meat or even dairy. Whenever we would talk about it. It got toxic. We almost broke up. Luckily they are mostly plant based now - entirely when with me. After over a year eating plant based they got mostly on board with the philosophy too. But they aren’t fully on board - basically due to fear of social rejection - and even that makes me feel isolated sometimes.

Basically the only way I can avoid the existential dread is to not think about it. I stopped going to vegan subs. Don’t talk about it irl. I am just here today because I am feeling a bit depressed about it now.
