hormones are prescribed by a doctor but a lot of places do informed consent meaning you aren’t super gatekept, it’s just really awkward and takes a lot of time so unless you really want them you probably can’t get them from a doctor. you can buy them mad easy online though (i think).
as a trans girl, they’re pretty safe to fuck around with and don’t do anything that permanent until around 3-6 months, at which point you can probably tell whether or not you wanna be on hormones.
i can’t say i’ve considered microdosing, but it’s probably mostly done by non binary afabs (which are real even if some they/thems are just bi or lesbian women but haven’t quite figured it all out yet. it’s very obvious, at least for me, when i’m talking to them. the ones i know are like david bowie but sort of sexless). some lesbian women could do it too i suppose, just to have more muscle mass or something.
