I write as much as I can.

Whatever negative thought that is coming to your mind just write it down. Be as elaborate as you can be.

Try to understand the sad feeling and amplify it then write as much as you can . Fill the whole notebook.

After few days your would realise that some of your thoughts are assumptions, self restricting, self inflicted.

The words of others also inflict pain to us. Try to write down as much as you can.. write down all the possibilities that could've have happened in that terrible situation(s).

Even if you are imagining and try to mould your past in your mind just do it and write down your expectations out of it.

Once you are done writing. You will breathe and see your sludge of thoughts clearly on the paper in front of you.

Works for me. It will take a week atleast.

Don't sit with ice cream or water during the writing session.
