Yes and overpraise. Honestly so many “TV actors” of the West emote and perform better than our ‘stars’. Give credit where it is deserved. Why are they put on this pedestal I don’t understand. On one hand they will cry over nepotism and on the other hype a subpar performance of a nepo kid and say they’re growing on them. It is as much the audience’s fault. Also it is about playing favourites too, one good movie by Shakun has people think Ohmygod he’s a genius which is total BS. So many directors have one or two good movies and the rest is bad. Just because he’s marketing as Dharma’s woody allen (problem in his own way) but people think “Haan genius”… Baffling
