For me it was being put in a place in life where I started to seek god. Started questioning why I wasn't happy even though I am successful. There had to be more purpose...

I then came across Baptist preaching & Christian Motivation stuff on Youtube. That inspired me to go to a local baptist church which I enjoyed. From there I had to decide which denomination made the most sense, so I went to a different church every week. By my flare you can see what I landed on, basically a 180 degree turn from Baptist. I can go into more detail on why I chose Catholicism if needed.

The transition to believing was more intense than expected. I actually started to feel emotion which has been dulled for a long time. God is love and once you come to grips and encounter his nature it is powerful.
