Weekly Debate #2: Should "sociopath" and "psychopath" mean something different?

A psychopath is born with his condition, a sociopath is made to be an sociopath, becauae a psychopath can't use the part of the brain which let's us feel empathy, a sociopath can use this part of the Brain, but can turn empathy off and on. Sociopaths often had traumatic events in their chilhood, which made them what they are. So i think they should mean something diffrent. I recently heard that psychopaths actually can feel empathy if they are trained to do, but i am not sure if this is true or if they might just got their hands on a sociopath with a twisted perception of good and bad, because if a sociopath finds a way to justify a the things he does, he can easily be mistaken as a psychopath, since he would not show any kind of empathy whatsoever. But if psychopaths actually are always just sociopaths with a "bad" perception of good and bad, to differ between these two would be pretty useless. The thing is, we do not have enough facts to be really sure that a psychopath is just a sociopath with a twisted perception of good and bad, but till we know more about this theory it still makes more sense to differ between these two.
