Weekly Newbie Thread - Post questions about joining the AF or what a job is like here & here only - week of November 16

Hello all, sorry about all the questions. So I've come across a bit of a blindside today regarding a situation in my past I've completely forgot about up until this point, I'll try to make this as short as possible.....So back when I was 18, I was at a friends house with one of my ex-girlfriends. It was about 11:00PM and we all decided to pile in my car and drive to the local gas station to get some shitty food and energy drinks to fuel our night of video games and random bullshitting...So we're driving and we pull up to the first station we see, lights are all on, I put my car in park and turn my lights down to "parking mode".....We soon realize no one else is at this gas station, so we question whether it's even open...Friend gets out and goes to check, not open. I leave my parking lights on like an idiot and drive to the next gas station, literally across the street, get pulled over on the way there. Officer comes up to the window, asks to see my drivers license and all that good stuff, here's where things get hairy..... He asks if anyone had been drinking/doing drugs..of course none of us had so we all say no, and I explain that it was a careless mistake and if in doubt I'd more than happily submit to sobriety testing. So he pulls me out of my car, at this point about 5 cop cars pull up and 9 officers begin crowding around me and my car...He administers every sobriety test and I pass them all with flying colors, he gets this REALLY confused look on his face and has me sit down on the edge of his car....He goes to talk to everyone else that's in my car, they all tell him the same thing I did, that no one had been doing anything illegal throughout the night and it was once again just a careless mistake...Now he comes back over, gives me about 20 more sobriety tests, once again looks REALLY confused and sits me back down AGAIN. Another cop comes up and tells me "okay, so you're high on something we've never seen before eh?" (?????), I continue to tell them no, at this point I'm extremely confused and wondering why I'm still detained. The initial cop comes back over again, gives me YET ANOTHER round of tests, looks even MORE confused (at this point I'm doing all I can to hold back going off), and my girlfriend yells from the car "So are you going to keep doing the same thing until he makes a slight error or what??" I think this set them off, because at this point he cuffs me, tells me I'm under arrest for DUI(A) and puts me in the back of his car....I'm dumbfounded...They take me to the station, don't process me or have me sign a damn thing, put me in a primary holding room, and then come in to have me take a piss test. I take the piss test, 20 minutes later he comes back in and sits down and just starts staring at me....At this point I ask "Well?? Are you going to tell me the results of my test or just sit here and stare at me?" He tells me, and I quote "I'm not telling you anything, and I don't have to, sorry." (Basically, "you passed and I'm pissed off, fuck you") and walks out of the room. Another 30 minutes pass and he puts me into a cell with another person, I'm stuck there for 8 hours, then they let me out...No forms, no ticket, NOTHING. I walk up to the window when I'm released and ask for papers that I need, lady behind the desk says my name doesn't register in their database. My car was impounded and I paid a stupid expensive fee to get it out (like $650 or some BS)...From here I go straight to the courthouse and ask to see what has been put on my record and what options I have, the court clerk says there's absolutely nothing on my record and nothing has been filed. So I go home. 25 days later I go back and ask the same question, still NOTHING had been filed, there was nothing ever put under my name, as far as they knew I "didn't exist in their system." I head to the police station and ask the clerk there to check my record as well, she also tells me there's never been anything filed under my name and I "don't exist in their database." I've put this memory out of my head for GOOD reason, I feel as if I was abused and taken advantage of for absolutely nothing, the town I was "detained" in has nothing ever happening in terms of the law, so I feel like this was just an excuse to give the officers "something to do". So my question here.....Should I even tell my recruiter about this?? There's no record of it even happening, I've pulled up my records from each county I've ever been to, and it's all blank. Yes, I've read that you're supposed to list stuff that's been "dropped," but I feel like this didn't even get to the point where there was anything to get "dropped," and like I said I was just abused by the "system."... Sorry for the long post, hope someone can shed some light on this. Cheers.
