We're Ketchup and Mustard, casters for the QWC EU Regionals. AMA?

You make no sense and are the only one strawmanning (was anecdotal evidence the logical fallacy you were actually looking to accuse them of?). Nowhere has anyone said that they've never thought about this stuff (nor are they under any obligation to keep "re-considering" just because you bring it up), they just haven't come to the - frankly sad - conclusion you have.

Yes, an image change could, and maybe would, increase "mass appeal". Then again, maybe it wouldn't - maybe it would simply subtract part of their character, uniqueness and appeal that can help them break through in this particular scene - a scene which is not exactly famed for its love of boring, safe, bland; clean cut in a suit. This is the Quake scene, not Overwatch or whatever.

I for one salute them being themselves and am not in the slightest interested in catering to whatever sad, stuck in the past character who would be turned away by something as inconsequential (to the viewer) as long hair on men. Nor have I any patience for what is essentially a mentality of business above everything (I do believe you'll be successful enough, and certainly earn a better image, if you just act like you care about your hardcore demographic and don't mess anything up too badly).

Lets say it was a person who had tattoo's all over their face and neck or similarly 10 or so peircings on their face. Would you still think the same? New audiences are going to be watching you guys, you're literally the first "people" they see when they watch Quake Champions.

First of all yes, and secondly that is some creepy, pearl-clutching, regressive reasoning. Let's be both more modern and more Quake than that.

Please consider.
