Walking barefoot in the sand. Walking barefoot in the grass. Pet an animal. Listen to the birds. Sit in the sun. Swimming. Stretching. Bath every day. QiGong, Yoga, Taichi or something similar. Disengage from social media and any other media. Learn deep breathing exercises. Good hydration. Diet based on fruits and vegetables. Detox the body. Learn mindfullness techniques. Ingest soothing herbal infussions. Do some exercise every day (it can be just walking). You can listen to Ram Dass, or Eckhart Tolle, or learn about the Tao or so many other sources that can help you connect with the here and now. Do an altruistic deed. Play an instrument. Buy some new clothes. Learn something new. Spend time in nature.

But mostly is about what NOT to do.
