What are anarchist views on antinatalism?

Explain the radical antinatalists such as efilists who advocate the extinction of all life

Just because there are philosophies that advocate extinction does not mean they will have a chance of success.

[Procreation is] entirely self-serving and done for the self, not "something or someone else." That's not a genuine sacrifice.

You might think it misguided, but mothers do make sacrifices for their unborn children, that's who they are considering, the child that might want to live. It is definitely not selfish, in my opinion it is pretty altruistic to give up your life and health for your children.

I've no obligation, ethical or otherwise, to kill myself.

Follow up: do you believe in a woman's right to choose? And if so, how? If you think it's your place to say that women are selfish if they have children and that they aren't making any sacrifices, how can you possibly be pro-women?

This along with your abdicating any responsibility you have to kill yourself is why I think you are a hypocrite, and also what leads me to believe antinatalism is rooted in sexism.
