What are the pros of doing cardio before weightlifting?

Edit : I just need to EAT a ton more.

But yeah, for those of us not looking to bulk massively, I think it’s great. I also integrate HIIT style doing my own workouts, because I got that from Orangetheory, which I also still do but only once every week or two. Talk about getting your ass kicked and a major rush! If hive never downed Orangetheory, it’s basically nonstop cardio mixed with full body weights, although lighter weights than I do at my full gym.

I will often also row or assault bike or even more running after lifting. Also spend some time cooling down in the trx room, maybe do some calisthenics or trx, and finally yoga, stretching.
