What are these and how can I fix them?

I got a ton of these as well! And when you squeeze them, they come out relatively easily, but the white stuff is super stringy.

I'm not sure how to provide direct advice, because there wasn't anything specific I did to help reduce these.

I know that they reduced a significant amount using Differin (about 4 months+ in, now, and they started disappearing around 3+ months in), and even moreso when I introduced Tret (0.025) every 3rd day in replacement of Differin (about 2 weeks in, now).

Overall, the biggest immediate benefit was NOT squeezing them. Given how easy they are to squeeze, it's so tempting to just squeeze them out, because your skin the next day is ultra smooth (except for the light hyperpigmentation). However, after lots of trial and error, I found that if I just didn't squeeze them, the number of them reduced after a couple of weeks (even if the number of them seemeed to increase initially in the first week of not squeezing). If I did squeeze them, they would just multiply and come back in a few days.
