ADC order came in today!

Simple routine. I'm already using tret, but my new order came in so I thought I would share.

I'm using it for cystic acne purposes. My skin is combo.

I'm only using Tret 2 times every week while my skin adjusts.

PM:

Cleanse with Cerave foaming cleanse

Moisturize with Vani Cream

Wait 30 minutes

Tret

Wait 20 minutes

Aquaphor Healing Ointment on problem areas which is currently my jaw area, and forehead.

AM:

Cleanse with Cerave IF I have used tret the night before.

Apply clindamycin

If no tret, I will use warm water.

Moisturize with Vani Cream

and Sunscreen!!

I'm still on the hunt for my HG sunscreen.

Chemical sunscreens and I do not get along. They burn my eyes far too much.

((ALSO FOR THOSE OF YOU USING THE SAME CLINDAMYCIN AS ME, how do you deal with the fragrance? It's hideous! I might try a different clindamycin from ADC.))

I’m in my early 20s and have very prominent nasolabial folds (besides saggy and dull skin). They appeared almost overnight. Would tretinoin help reduce their appearance? One month on tretinoin and my skin has become the worst it’s ever been. Should I quit? For smokers using tretinoin, will it diminish the tretinoin effect? I’ve been on 0.05% tret (cream) for the last two months and started the AA gel last month on my off tret nights.
