PM: Wash with Simple Refreshing Face Wash Cosrx Snail Essence Hada Labo Premium Lotion Illiyoon Ceramide Ato Concentrate Wait till dry Tretinoin cream 0.05% [3 times a week] (when not using tret i use Azelaic Acid 20%) Wait till dry Illiyoon Ceramide Ato Concentrate Vaseline Petroleum Jelly

I’m in my early 20s and have very prominent nasolabial folds (besides saggy and dull skin). They appeared almost overnight. Would tretinoin help reduce their appearance? One month on tretinoin and my skin has become the worst it’s ever been. Should I quit? For smokers using tretinoin, will it diminish the tretinoin effect? Lack of motivation Does anyone here use tret and Azelaic acid together at the same time? I’ve been on 0.05% tret (cream) for the last two months and started the AA gel last month on my off tret nights. Last week I told my derm that besides for complexion I’m not seeing results and she told me to try the two together dermatitis from tret/occlusive? No more dry skin, less freckles, less nasolabial folds. I use it once a week Clogged pores: am I over-moisturising, or dehydrated?
