No nukes? Then Russia and USA won't stalemate anymore. If we take industrial capacity to account, Russia and China will be able to match or at least nearly reach level of USA, but I will assume that's not case. No terrain advantage? China has advantage over Russia now. Russians nearly always benefited from their location in wars. I am sure they would have lost wars both against France in 19th century and Germany in 20th century on neutral ground.
USA has overall advantage, China has decent quality and numbers, Russia has big armored force, Indians are just too many plus they now have some new weapons, but much of their equipment is still outdated trash. Still I don't think France/others below are strong enough to beat it (if we had UK+Germany or France+Germany or something like that, Indians get rekt), so India is 4th. France is arguably strongest EU member. Japan has good tech but France seems to be a bit stronger. South Korea and Japan are nearly equal, I'm not sure who wins. UK lacks good land force, they'd lose to both South Korea and Japan. Germany has one of best tech and training, but currently their military sucks compared to what they should have achieved if they worked on it. UK and Germany are evenly matched, I am not sure who wins. Italy is one of major NATO contributors but I don't think they can beat UK/Germany.
About countries people might ask: North Korean military is trash. Only thing they got is numbers. They'd get wrecked by Israel, Saudi Arabia, etc. Turkey is strong now, but Italy got far better fleet and higher military spending. Israel is very good, their military is one of my favorites, but it's too small, they are few. They'd be one of top if army sizes were equalized. Brazil is big but their military isn't that good, they can't match Italy in war.
