I watched an employee go from 0-180 in one day of work. He basically thought he was going to be fired soon despite actually having improved the past few weeks. He finally was put on a bartending event again after being removed from them for a few months due to disorderly conduct.

He then purposefully went full jerk mode on the other employee stationed with him. He admitted to drinking during the event and continued to do so after being told to stop. He loudly made fun of the attendees, offered shots to some of our other underage staff, and basically made a huge ass out of himself by his own choice. It was honestly pretty disappointing to see someone fuck up so bad on purpose like that.
