Didnt happen to me but was the best man. My buddy was emotional as many of us are on our wedding night, but the bride showed little emotion at all before, during or after. Cut to a short dinner and reception after and many of us went on our way and a few stay at the hotel. The wife’s maid of honor wasn’t able to make the bridal shower so after the reception she has the great idea of going to a near by bar to finish the night and have the fun she missed out on. My buddy the groom decided he’d join but he didn’t want to go out long it was their wedding night and he was exhausted and wanted to be with his bride back at the hotel and not out drinking. Few hours pass he wants to leave but the bride and brides maids want to stay and continue drinking. Groom goes back to his hotel room, some time later the bride shows up at the hotel room door standing in the hall with no wedding dress or anything just underwear and bra... the bride and brides maids got so drunk she had taken off the wedding dress in another room and was walking around the hotel looking for her room. Needless to say this didn’t go over well and the night turned into my friend being arrested on his wedding night after freaking out at the brides maids for letting this happen and others in the hotel over heard the fights that spilled over into the hallway. Divorce is pending!
