What brought you to Florida?

I was 25 when i moved, so thought Miami would fit me better, 27ish decided Boca was actually the place to be.

Cost of living (still not cheapest, but you get a lot more for your buck than in NY)

Quality of life - great weather, lots of natural areas to visit, quiet

Space - most NYC's dont have yards let alone the ability to sit in it and not see or hear their neighbors.

People - NYC's are very much overrated, Floridians are underrated (also got a lot of ex-nyers so you always have comrades around anyway)

PARKING- JFC If I never lived in NYC, I would never truly appreciate parking lots like I do in Florida. Its a blessing, a true blessing. Thank you Jesus.
