What can you enthusiastically talk about at length if given the opportunity?

Just replied to another similar comment so check that out, it's kind of rambly though but I'm in that kind of mood.

Anyway, I'd never patronise to you or anyone about their eating habits but it's always worth considering your relationship to food. If you can isolate a cause - emotional eating for example then you can begin to make progress, everyone eats for emotional reasons - you just need to break down the associations you've created. For example, want to celebrate? find another way which doesn't jeopardise your fitness goals. feeling down? find a source of release that doesn't involve eating unhealthy food.

That said - make room for unhealthy food, if you're training hard and eating healthy consider your mental health and give yourself a break once a week - even if it's a binge day use it to satiate your weekly cravings - eventually you won't feel like you need it but some weeks it's the only thing that keeps me going - remember every single day and I cannot stress this more EVERY SINGLE DAY you wake up and look at yourself in the mirror after sticking to your diet you're a little bit better looking, that always works for me - just a tad more fuckable than when you went to bed!

But to the point. To stave off hunger is more than filling up on a certain kind of snack, you have to fend off cravings - hormonal and emotional. Hunger can be repressed with green tea and water and even more when your attention is absorbed in something.

But actual foods, I mean you can't go far wrong with fruit and nuts but it's no good if you're not going to eat it. You'll see better results eating less of food you like - the likelihood is though that the food you like triggers a hormonal response and you crave more.

I mean there's no perfect food but I like brown seeded bread, peanut butter and a little bit of jam, fibre is your friend and as is seasoning and condiments. Every calory counts so get the low cal shit, also if you can start tracking your food with my fitness pal - works like a charm - I'm rambling again, my bad anyway god's speed.
