What could Chipotle do to improve things?

Most of these my store already does, I've never had a cashier stick their fingers in cups, we have a dedicated takeout line and I've only seen once where someone had to wait after their pickup time, people do get there early and expect their 10 plus order to be done 2 minutes after they ordered it but its always done before pick up time. We turn away people at the front line who have more than 8 orders and tell them to order online. We are starting to be more strict about portion sizes and charging extra and customers are generally happy with it. We don't have the new "quesadilla" so it's already cheaper, basically a bit more expensive than a 3 pointer because thats what it is. If they get more than cheese and chicken or a meat we charge extra. Everyone at my store makes about 3 dollars more than min wage in my area and because of it everyone works harder and isn't that stressed. And usually when ppl come in to pick up their online orders they would ask for an extra vinnie or side tortilla that they couldn't ask for online and it only takes a few seconds to make it for them. I personally don't want a drive through because of all the people who get there early and we wouldn't be able to help other people whose orders are ready. The pick up times are every 15 minutes and ppl will get there 15 minutes early and would hold up the line for others at the previous pick up time.
