Paw Patrol is a vivid dream of Ryder, the kid who leads the Paw Patrol pups, who is in a coma and dying of cancer. It explains how every single adult in the town is a bumbling idiot, and that they are totally dependent on an emancipated pre-teen to provide pretty much all services to the entire town.

Another paw patrol theory I saw is that mayor humdinger, a main antagonist and mayor of foggy bottom, isn’t really a mayor but just a mentally ill billionaire. The show never really goes to foggy bottom, so we can’t be sure it even exists. Even if it does, why would the citizens keep electing a thieving buffon whose hencemen are a group of poorly trained cats?
