Good point. I was around and used power tools and ran equipment every day growing up. Always had plenty of respect for power saws and grinders etc. Somehow though my little cordless drill I got over comfortable with...and wouldn't you know I managed to run a 5/16th bit right through my index finger one day. Not a huge injury, not even close to losing the finger but damn.. the nerves are damage so I only have feeling in about a third of the tip of the finger. It's a bother any time I am trying to work by feel with small parts, or even turn nuts and bolts. So anyhow.. being careful and respecting powertools and general being mindful of what fragile little mush bags we are is a pretty solid idea.
