What is a healthy habit that is super easy to do?

Many people probably don't have as much of a choice here, but the best move that I took to improve my sense of personal productivity was to set specific work hours that I inherited thanks to working at the same place as my wife who has a schedule that she can't really deviate from. I have really flexible work hours that usually saw me coming in late in the morning and working until later in the evening which I thought was incredible, but once I started coming in at 7:15 and leaving at 3:30 every day it was unbelievably freeing which I never thought I'd say. Work stopped encroaching on my personal life (which was essentially non-existent outside of weekends), I still had time to do errands on the way home before most people had even left, traffic was avoided just as well as leaving at night, and best of all I had a clear hand-off between my work day and my own personal time which never existed before. This lets me recharge every day and I can still get more of my own personal things done and sets up a nice work-life balance.

Having everything that you need to do out of the way by 5 or 6pm most days is a great feeling, and I've found myself actually spending a bit of time in the evenings learning more new things which will ultimately only strengthen my productivity at work as well.
