No it’s designed to get the job done. Maybe it might return to normal after 1 or 2 births but really it will make muscles getting weaker inevitable. Maybe for some people the muscle weakening will be delayed but it will only speed up the process.

No they aren’t “designed” to give birth. They are capable. Childbirth drastically changes a person’s body and in some cases it’s harmful. The body isn’t this perfect, magical thing. It does do a pretty good job of healing itself but it’s never perfect. When people are pregnant, their body is literally going through TRAUMA.

Also, taking a massive shit is the equivalent of taking a dick. If it makes you feel better, guys asses can get looser/weaker if they shove extreme stuff in there.
